Our Fleet administration packages are suitable for anyone who is involved in the management or administration of a company fleet of vehicles. Particular emphasis is placed on the Health & Safety At Work implications of this role.

Company driving policy training

On top of delivering work of the highest possible standards for clients, employees are frequently expected to drive long distances to and from jobs as part of a long working day. This makes driving a core part of their daily routine, which has to be considered in the context of Health & Safety At Work (HSAW). The instigation of a company driving policy shows that a company understands its responsibilities to its employees and is taking reasonable steps to enable them to perform your duties safely and effectively. Our course includes risk assessments, driving safety and standards training and a vehicle documentation regime.

Assessor training

Having in-house road safety and risk management assessors enables organisations to enjoy maximum flexibility and convenience. Driving Academy Global will train suitable key members of your staff to be assessors.
After training, these staff can conduct pre-employment driver assessments (forming part of a candidate’s interview or induction process). They are also best placed to offer on-going guidance and training to existing employees and to carry out post-accident interviews and reports.

Vehicle safety check

A defective vehicle could contribute to an accident or prosecution – but this is an area which is often overlooked due to the demands placed on employees to meet deadlines and adhere to company policy. This course will guide employees through the legal and safety responsibilities and duty of care that they have whilst driving any vehicle on company business. Courses can be delivered on location either individually or in groups.
